Designed and printed in Melbourne, Zecho designs are proud to create innovative and quality products, shipped direct to you from the printer. Every item is printed on order, which means that goods returned, do not return to a stockpile.  This ensures that products are only created upon ordering, reducing the chance of waste or unsustainable practices. 

If you make a mistake with your order, please contact us quickly, and we will discuss the options with you. 

We cannot be held responsible for any errors made with user selected options, like size, design or quantities after the items have been printed. 

We will however, replace items if the quality or printing is incorrect, or we have made a mistake. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange an effective solution.  Please include details of you order, including your order number, contact details and a detailed explaination (with photos where possible). 

We ask all customers to carefully check the item sizing, and where you are unsure, select the item size larger, to be sure of fittting.
